I love this postcard! Red dress, one-shouldered, Eiffel Tower sparkling, and the Alexander III bridge sculptures. It sums it all up for me.

Dress #240 Drawn Dress
I saw this pen and ink design of a wedding dress in window in the Marais. I love the sketchy quality as well as the overall design of the dress. On a lazy Sunday here in Paris, this for my dress of the day.

Dress #117 Bon Mots
Today's dress has French and English words on the fabric, and Empire styling. Appropriate since my Dress #89 French Notebook was featured on the Facebook page for my favorite French fabric store! This fabric was created by scanning a sheet of scrapbooking paper, and printing on fabric.

Dress #89 French Notebook
French fabric printed like notebook paper! Finding this particular fabric was my quest last time we were in Paris, and it gave us a little adventure into the suburbs of Paris.

There is no better present for my sweetheart than Paris---so here's a tailored dress made from a Paris map fabric.

Dress #11 Paris Metro Tickets
This is not my favorite style---the tailored shirt dress---but something I wanted to try. The dress is made from used Paris Metro tickets (thanks, Kim and John) and doesn't qualify as origami because of a little glue and scissors. This little dress is just shy of 3" from center back neck to hemline.

Dress #1 Paris Origami
This is the dress that started me thinking about all the different ways I could make a dress. The YouTube video showed up on my radar this December while I was in Paris, and I went right out and bought Origami paper. The selection I found wasn't that nice, and it was big---8" by 8"--and rather ugly, don't you think? Let's see how the year evolves.
