Dress #178 Flowered Cap Sleeve

A different sleeve today, and I like the result. This is made from a flowered cocktail napkin, and looks very cool and summery.

    This dress just breathes summer. Love the floral print and colors. Several dresses have had pleats lately - I like the crisp clean lines of them all.
