The northern lights have been visible in many places where they are not normally seen this summer. I saw them a couple of time in Minnesota as a child, but missed them this year. I cobbled together several things to finally achieve close to the look I wanted. Blue metallic paper, black chiffon, iridescent sheer ribbon, and a brown sheer fabric with "stars."
You are famous! http://www.lostateminor.com/2012/05/11/jeannie-crockett-is-making-one-dress-a-day-for-a-year/
ReplyDeleteLOL, Martha. But only famous for a day. That seems like a very long time ago. Almost 200 dresses ago!
DeleteWow, this took a lot of thought and creativity. Very very striking and lovely.
ReplyDeleteI kept mulling this one over in my mind and trying different combinations. I was thrilled at the blue, brown and black layered sheers. Thank you!
