Dress #158 Parade for the Fourth

This is the dress to wear when you are the grand marshall at the Fourth of July parade. Made from a paper napkin, and ribbon.

    Great! Empire waist is so flattering! I'd tottaly wear that, but instead of a red, blue and white riboon, it would be a green and yellow one! Happy July 4th!
