Dress #354 Icy Blue

It is very cold here in Paris, but to be expected in January, I guess. However, a wooly infinity scarf wrapped 'round and 'round keeps one as warm as possible. Cotton fabric, and some mesh-y stuff for the scarf.

    This is very lovely - very ethereal in a wintery way. The fabric looks satiny, not cotton. And I love the negative image print. I would wear this outfit in a heartbeat.

      Thanks, Eileen. The fabric is just beautiful---but just cotton from the quilting store in Woodstock, NY.
