Dress #235 Deco Patch

In France, there is a paper product sold specifically for decoupage. I like the designs and tried using it for a dress today. The paper wrinkles more than standard tissue paper. Black and white is always good.

    Cute! Productive visit to the craft store! I love how the belt is coordinated in negative colors. Very clever.
