Dress #227 Pleats Please

These pleats have a "flapper" look to them, don't you think? Made from some pleated fabric that I bought in Kansas City ten years ago.

    Cute silhouette. But it's hard to tell how big the pleats are. Is this like one of those krinkled fabrics, tiny little micro pleats? It looks like the right proportion for the dress. Need some fringe on the bottom for the flapper ;-)
