    I just got back from a birthday party for Nick and Parker. I'm enjoying the festive dress! Cute necklace. What are the tiny rings on it - they look like knitting stitch markers.

      Thanks, Eileen. I've been thinking about knitting stitch markers to use on a belt, but this is just the top part where I trimmed the balloons.
