Dress #132 Gray Satin

A short cocktail dress today. Doesn't it look like silvery gray satin? The entire dress is made of balloons---love the style of the skirt.

    Bubble skirts were big on the last regular season of Project Runway. At first glance, I thought these were balloons! Nice bodice. And your accessories always make the dress.
