Dress #94 Cabbage Patch

There's something about bubble skirts that I just love. And cabbage lends itself to that purpose nicely.

    I love this Jeannie! Did you know nursing mothers put cabbage leaves inside their bras for soothing relief? (Friends tell me this - I don't have kids.)
