Oh, so cute! It's appropriate to what we brazilians call "festa junina"! It happens in June, in celebration for St. Anthony, John, Peter and Paul. They decorate the place with little flags like the ones in this dress, the women wear dresses, the guys wear plaid shirts and there is a dance called "quadrilha", it's a country version of quadrille. It's very fun to dance! That's it, I hope you understand =)
